The staff were helpful. They assisted me with directions and information regarding local attractions.
The noise from the street was problematic , particularly at night. I also found the minibar overpriced . The cost of a small bottle of water was exorbitant.

the room was a good size it was also nice and clean the beds felt really comfy the staff were really friendly and helpful. the hotel is in a nice area the area is close to cafes. restaurants are nearby the eiffel tower is nearby too it is also nice and quiet.
the hotel needs to change the rugs they were stained and not a good first impression when you are entering the hotel for the first time. the rooms felt very small i was given a complimentary champagne the first day because my room wasn't ready. the opened bottle with the glasses were in my room the whole time i stayed the room was serviced everyday i could not talk to the reception because the phone in the room was broken.

i stayed in a classic double room. my room had blackout curtains and air conditioning. refills at the mini bar where free. the staff got us a crib for the baby and an amazing toy to play with.
